Music songs on myspace type sites?

    I am just wondering if its legal for myspace type sites to upload music and allow users to listen? I am talking about listening only no DOWNLOADS.

    I am thinking of myspace type site, so will it be okay for me to upload mp3 for users to listen.

    I have heard of no issues reported. Check with the terms of use for Myspace and email them if you still have conerns.

    I would assume it's not allowed. Other users can use the music on their profile and i'm sure that infringes on some copyright laws.
