Music Software

    Does anyone know of any up to date music software for PC where I can make my own ambient/trance type tracks. The last thing I used was called Protracker on an Amiga years and years ago, which was great at the time. I'd like something modern that can do similar things but much better. Somethings where you can add instruments, sound bites and also input musical notation.

    Thanks, that looks pretty good actually. I think (after deciphering the text speak gibberish)that's the same thing mjl just PMd me about:

    How much does it cost incidentally, I can't see the price on there? I'll download the demo anyway but it looks like just the thing. :)
