    Hi,

    Ive decided to clear a few of my websites i no longer have time to concentrate on.

    The first of which is uk hardhouse. It used to (as in this year) rank on the first page google for uk hardhouse, hardhouse, uk hard house, uk hardhouse forums and uk hard house forums plus many others.

    However the forum became corrupt so i took it down and replaced it with a new forum about 3-4 months ago.

    Since then i never managed to get round to promoting the site again but it still has 20 members on the forum. The site itself is getting around 500 uniques a month which is a drop from the few thousand it used to get.

    The site at its best was generating around $75-100 a month, at the minute it is nothing but the advertising spot in place was paying $15 a month a few months back - you are free to remove that though.

    The domain is around 4 years old and has a backlink from about.com which i think in itself adds a lot of value to the site. Some of the content is unique for the site (which is why i have a backlink from about.com).

    BIN price is $200, i would like to start the auction off at $75. Min incriments of $5.

    Reason for sale is lack of time to promote and work on.

    There doesnt seem to much interest?

    I will reduce the BIN to $120 but i as there are no bids i am putting a reserve of $100 on this.

    Anyone can make a profit from this site within 6-8 months with a bit of time invested in this, i know i can so im sure most people can.
    So far a few producers have uploaded tracks and mixes and the forums were only re-launched a few months back, they used to have a few hundred members before it became corrupt.

    A lot of promoters visit the site so im sure you could arange for free tickets to give away as prizes to members? Just a thought - i might also be prepared to work along side you in a beneficial way for us both but i would discuss that with the buyer.
