    i think running a whole Music site will get you more trouble...
    if i where you i would first start with small portal music site..:)

    as it will help about how to run... how to expand ..its a nice way to get start off.

    exactly what I started..I'm using Xoops CMS script and started a portal for small/underground/unsigned bands. It hasn't officially launched yet as I am still doing some work on it but take a peek here
