your background is irrelevant. Change it to something which will make people think of music when visiting your site. But I like the simplicity of your site. The search engine is in the center making the people think what kind of music they will searching for. Keep it up!

i think the layout doesnot suits on music try to change it if it is possible so that it should look like music related.... anyhow overall ur site is good keep it up
