Music Site Marketing

    I just finished my site where users can upload music and others can listen to it, and so on. The site is www.myMP3tube.com how can I market such a site. What are best ways and how can I get users to sign up and upload their music.

    Not really, I look for music forums, but there are not many out there. I thought it might be good to ask here, incase someone has an idea.
