Music site and adsense !!!!

    hi ,
    i want to ask you about music sites who provide mp3 downloads if its legall with adsense !
    Example : www.mawaly.com this site provide mp3 downloads and sure he is making a lot of $$$ and they still running adsense !

    That is not legal.

    I dont think so because the site its online since a long time and plus they get a lot of traffic = $$$$
    the alexa rank its = 2,086 .

    This site will earn money from adsense without any problem till they get ban...

    There are so many movie sharing site also using adsense...But if adsense get complain they will ban the site :D

    i dont think because me too i have a similar website but not with that very good traffic and everything its ok for a year now !
    when i was searching about that subject on the net i found something that told '' mp3 files are totally legal if you have the originals '' than mp3 files are legal !!
    dont you think that ??
