Selling Music Sharing Social Network - Original - High Traffic - Songr [dot] com

At the moment, we used receive around 160-200 daily UVs, however these past few days we've been getting 2,000+ daily UVs, peaking at 3,780~ at one point.
AdSense revenues are around the $.XX ~ $X.XX range, but going up to $20 at one point.
Currently only online for less than 3 months, but domain has been registered since 2005.

It isn't quite a music search engine, as a digg for music - but it works better (more individual pages = more pages indexed in Google)

Includes well established SongrOfficial (twitter account), design, files, database, .com version, .net version, .org version, .info version, and .mobi version.

Design 100% unique, and script is as well - both hand coded by me in notepad++.
Database of lyrics is also stored locally, as well as youtube IDs, song titles, artists, etc (which is worth a lot in itself).

Alexa rank steadily lowering, traffic is decent, domain is aged, concept is original, script is custom (and exclusive to Songr), design is custom and exclusive.
Reason I'm selling is because I'm currently working on Zynge.net, trying to put more skins up.
