Music search engines and adsense

    I looked up everywhere but didn't find an answer.

    My question is about music search engines where you can listen and download mp3s.

    The thing is that I'm buying one music search engine and I don't want to buy something that is against google adsense tos. The seller says that music is not on his server so it's not against tos.

    So, what do you say?

    I say it is against TOS as it would have no textual content.

    I suggested don't put your adsense on it.I have 2 clients banned from adsense because install and run site like this.

    I work for him 2 weeks to develop that kind of scripts and after site online for 2 months google found it then the nightmare coming in.

    But however you may try by your own risk.

    My suggestion is to contact adsense and ask them directly, it is the best way.
