    I've done most of the basic stuff already, in terms of getting the site to run nicely on its own, so now I don't have to put much time at all into running it.
    Of course, traffic will go up even more if you are willing to put a bit more effort into SEO, promotion, etc. But otherwise, not too much time.

    I sent you a PM answering questions including this one, but just for everyone else who wants to know too --

    I checked everywhere on my Adsense account, but nowhere does it show the site name and the payments. How do people usually prove this? :confused: If you can tell me where to go to have the site name displayed w/payments, I'll gladly show it.

    I can only give you my word that the Adsense payment is only from this 1 site. Hopefully my itrader ratings count for something.

    Sounds like it's "fully automated" now. So why are you selling it if it can just sit there on your server and make money? Just to be sure.

    And, you can show "channel" for your adsense screenshot. Do you have channels created for the site?

    I can do that too. I'm not in a terrible hurry to sell. But I've got other projects I'm more interested in right now, and it'd be nice to have fresh dough to start those with.

    I only have channels setup for different ad areas on the site.

    Now are you going to bid or are you just asking? :p

    edit: btw, a lot of people have sent PM's with a BIN offer, it'd really be a lot easier if bids are placed here instead. [Current bid is at $1000]

    Hey! You took that from my own words on MY auction, didn't you??! Ok, i'm interested in sites like yours, ones that are fully automated without updates. I'm not specifically looking to buy any site right now since i also have an auction up, but my future projects are about fully "automated" sites, so my interest in your site don't end here. I might be really interested to buy it if it didn't sell here, that was why i asked. Satisfied? ;)
