Selling Music Niche Site for sale with Traffic and Adsense Revenue

I am selling a professional music artist fan site. He is the lead singer of a band called Asking Alexandria. If you are not familiar then run a quick google search to learn a little about them. This is a premium domain because it is his name exactly and is a very popular and growing google search term.

The site gets on average 75 unique visitors per day almost all from google searches for "danny worsnop" I have done very little in terms of adsense so only have about $4 a month right now. With a little more work this site could become extremely profitable. Google search popularity for these keywords has grown exponentially over the past year and will continue as the band becomes more popular.
