Selling Music News Site -- custom script, user-based community -- 1 day auction

Hey All,
I am selling a music news site. It is structured like Digg with a focus on rock music. The main site is a custom script, written in PHP and MySQL. There is also an attached forum based off of phpBB.

Here's a summary of key features:
*member-based -- users can register, submit and 'bump' news'
*user profiles -- supports profile pic, bio/personal section, custom contact info
*organize and view by news categories and by band/artist (i.e. news articles are tagged by both category and band/artist)
*admin control panel -- admin can log in to moderate news submissions and add new bands

The reason I'm selling it is, because I don't have the time to develop it. In fact, I probably should've put this up for a sale a long time ago, as I haven't worked on it in a number of years. Sale does not include script resell rights.
