Music Linking

Hey

I'm looking to build a simple site - It has a list of music tracks with a link to a flash player, which people can place on their page. The player is hosted by a music site which is fully licensed.
My question is - is it legal to firstly display the track name, and secondly to allow people to display the player (it will be a Facebook app and therefore on their profile)?

can't see why not. its on Facebook's site. so they are going to have to answer to Metalica not you.
