    I'm selling a music forum with 50 members and 300+ posts. only 6 of them are paid, the rest are real users. the site is not dead yet, but it's getting slow (from 40+ unique to about 25+ unique). i simply donot have to time to market the site anymore. I bought it from another guy for $70 and spend about $50 more on it. the forum also come with a podcast (got permission from HideOut) at http://www.beatforums.com/radio/ Alexa rank is #581,373.

    you can easily transfer the website to any cpanel host, or just simple copy file and db over (if you doesn't have cpanel). i can help you with that. if you want to host with me, it's $5 a month (50GB bandwidth 300MB space on xeon cpu with 1.5GB ram) you got everything from domain, logo, db, etc..
