Selling Music Community Site powered By Jamroom.

Hi guys i want to sell my great music website www.bandsandartists.co.uk. I ned money so lookiNG for a quick sale of $450 OR NEAREST OFFER.

The site has lots and lots of backlinks as I do the SEO my self. get about 10-15 visits a day from google, yahoo and referign sites. so roughly 300 a month. the site is a PR2 and shoul dbe a 3 or 4 next update gauranteed.

Currently ranked page 1 position 4 and 5 on google.co.uk for keyword "music profile" it also ranks on page 1 for about 10-15 other keywords.

I have adsense ont here but i have lost track in the past months of what the actual site made because I didnt set up channels and I have about 5 other sites. But I no it made just over $20 in August and around $5 in July as this site and my directory are the main adsense earners.

I will keep every link ive built even when i sell the site, the buyer will also get free link building from me whenever i build links to my site, i will buidl some for the music site aswell because I really love this site and iv'e put alot of work into it.

It runs on jamroom profesional which ocst $289 with mediapro template from oinkba which cost $200 ( I have edietd the template and it is now custom design ) so to start from scratch it woudl cost $500+ , here youc an grab it at PR2, Google page 1 rankigns, traffic and revnue for only $450!!
