    Hi and thanks in advance,

I have a client is the muscle building arena and I built a new campaign which was not approved (I requested an exception and I am still waiting) but why it was not approved it is a mystery.

The reason was not given. do you know if there are restrictions with this particular topic "muscle building" ? After all this is not an heath/medicine related ad

    Thank you for your time.

Hi and thanks for your prompt answer.

While everything is possible, the content on the sales page (if offending) would have needed to be read by a human editor instead the machine did not approved the AD automatically.

    Ideas?

I don't do PPC but I am thinking it could be a quality score related issue if the campaign was disapproved automatically.

No it can't be. The client account has a really good QS as most of the existing campaigns pay a lot less per click than our competitors.

QS is campaign specific not account specific, no?

Not correct. QS also looks at the historical data for the account.

Yes but I am fairly certain it's campaign specific too, and that it carries more weight. Otherwise there would be potential for abuse.

The software is very sophisticated and makes decisions based on what it "reads" on your page. This is the only way Google can evaluate thousands of pages every day.

You don't provide the page in question so everything we say is only speculation. But it's likely the claims you make. That's one of the top reasons that advertisers run into. I suggest reading the Adwords policies and guidelines.

PM me the link you are sending traffic to. Also, what types of keywords are you bidding on? If there is a link to anything borderline illegal, Google will can your ads immediately
