Here's what i need: 1 input form(for Title) and 5 browse buttons to choose files to upload and one submit button to upload a folder with the name "Title" will be created automacically after pressing "submit" and files will be uploaded in that folder. i am willing to pay $0-10 if you require money for that script. i am not in a hurry
