    I have no idea that it is harmful or not but creating more accounts for same website is not good idea. Create one webmaster account and add site there then give limited or whole access to others people as well just by adding their email IDs in webmaster account.

    Although it won't harm but if you have to give access or confirm some links on webmasters then Google might get confused as where to send the confirmation letter.
