I would like to add a new website that sells similar products to the one I already operate - but with a different approach and certainly different copy, layout, look, departments, etc. What opinions do some of you have as far as using the same web host, domain owner etc - or is it ok with search engines as long as they are completely different in content?
Yeah, don't worry about changing owner name or even webhost. The maximum I'd do would be to get a new c IP and put your second site there but if you change around things like you said, this really isn't necessary. Don't be fooled by jasperius' reply, he's just trying to build up postcount and made a quick spam comment.
