Hi all, several people in my organisation would like to post on twitter on a regular basis. I have seen there are several options for multiple users but I think it would also be useful to have a central "admin" or publisher to keep a quality check on tweets. So if USER A is admin, USER B will tweet a message that would have to be approved (with the possibility of being edited) by USER A. Are you aware of any free software that would allow me to do so? many thanks!
