Multiple user accounts?

Hello,

1. Registration says multiple accounts are not allowed. That's OK but how to determine accounts are multiple in case a companies few employees are using same computer and have different UserNames at DP and not promoting same stuff and services altogether?

2. If all accounts are banned forever for voilation of above term, is it possible to register a fresh and only one account and this will not be treated as a part of previous so-called multiple accounts?

We have just register this account to check the policy of DP on this issue.
Our one account was banned for no fualt of us (no complain for this) but our staff's another account was also banned forever for only this that he was using the same IP. Now this account is also using that same IP and we request DP to ban this also if this is a violation or please clear their stand.
