Ok so here's the thing... I have almost all the ccTLDs of a site name. (name).net (name).org (name).us (name).tv (name).ws (name).cc (name).me (name).eu (name).ca (name).co (name).fm But i don't have the (name).com Is the .com more powerful then all those TLD combined ?
depends on the (name) and the field its in.i think .nets are great if there single words. only time will tell how strong these other tld's will be.
It's a 4 letter domain name and it targets cartoons in general. The .com domain is for sale but the owner is asking $10,000.00 for it. With that price i could build a better website or hire a writer. I've ear that the .US works like a .COM for american search engines like google and yahoo.
Site content is the most important thing...I would develop on the .net or .org and only keep those 2...the other extensions are a waste of money unless you are specifically targeting .ca or .eu and not an international market.
It does not matter about number of domains you owned, or their extensions. Only quality contents and great building could make your site overcome other ones. However, If I were you I would make them grouped since some extension is specific country domain. Group 1 Common Domain targetting Google.com - net / org Group2 Specific Country Domain targetting each country separately - US (USA) / EU (Europe) / CA (Canada) Group 3 Others - TV / WS / CC / ME / CO / FM
Now, I am facing a similar situation with you. I have many ccTLDs of domains, such as .net, .org, .us, etc. But I don't have any domain names with .com extension. Of course, I am eager for registering one .com domain name, but it is really not easy to find a chtchy domain because all people around the world want to have perfect .com domains.
