    You can use different titles (or keyphrases I assume is what you mean)...Just don't make it look spammy. I usually try to keep it at about 2-3 keyphrases max in the title

    Your page need to have only one title element...for sub-section of a page where you would want to use other titles, like <h1><h2><h3>......</h6>
    <html>
    <head>web</head>
    <title>web net</title>
    <h1>heading tag<h1>
    <h2>heading tag</h2>
    <h3>heading tag<h3>
    ......<h6>heading tag</h6>
    <p>
    text
    </p>
    </body>
    </html>

    I read you post as well! - it must be a royal pain in the butt to update the content all the time. You can always buy the posts in i suppose ( yes bit of a cheat ).

    Yes multiple titles can be used for single web page.
    But its better if you target one keyword for a page and if you want to target more than one keyword than create another page for it.
    :)
    Thanks

    Different Titles on different pages is always helpful. Looks better if you do not have duplicate titles throughout your site :)
