Multiple tab forms in sidebars

    Dear All!

    How can I make a multiple-tab form like the one in oasis.com.pk using wordpress. I wanna place it in sidebar. What will be the best solution for it? Any plugin or some custom coding?

    Are you referring to under the "Updates"? You should be able to set up a sidebar using widgets and a custom menu. You can go to the menu tab and create a menu called "sidebar" and only put links to pages/posts that you want to use.

    You could use a form creator like Contact Form 7 or Ninja Forms to create that. It looks like they used Adobe Flash on their website.

    Well, I have created an HTML multi-tabular form myself using jquery. Now please tell me how to merge this jquery codes in a wordpress sidebar.
