Hey everyone, So I have a website dedicated to helping car enthusiasts of a certain make and model find car shows nearby. Now that my site is complete, I'm directing attention to getting exposure on search engines. I update and add new content to my main site regualrly, but i feel i need more links to help my web presence and rank higher than similar sites thay have been around for awhile. One of the ways I've considered is to purchase additional keyword rich domains and create static, unique sites on those with keyword rich back links to my main site. By having a static site I don't need to constantly update it, plus if I lose the hosting or access to sub domain I can just upload it elsewhere without issues...I think. Is this a good idea? Secondly, if so what about using free hosting to put the sites on different IP. And lastly, if using free hosting for multiple sites can I uae free subsomains to upload to and still get good seo because of content on site and the link relevancy. For instance, could I do car shows.freedomain.com.
Planning to purchase a keyword rich domains just to get back links, for me is not guaranteed that will help you push up your results on Google. This is not the right way to get back links. Read this article this will help you to analyzed how link building work beyond 2013 http://internetmarketingbegin.blogspot.com/2013/01/2013-seo-implementation-plan.html In reference with your second question, it is not advisable to use a free hosting because there are limited access or function in terms of usability. And before you get a domain name try to do a research on your desired niche. Hope this will help.
