    www.newsmoo.com - popurls clone site, based on wordpress, autopilot no work required to run. You can add and modify all the feeds from the control panel.
    It is SEO optimized and is ready for monetization. It is just over 1 year old.
    Price $40

    www.doomvideos.com - a video site dedicated to the popular video game DOOM.
    This site is very well indexed in all the search engines and is monetized through RevSense. This site is on complete autopilot. Once you ad adsense or any other ad program then you can just let it go with no work required. (Domain with Name.com) Price $25

    www.surfinghell.com - a surfing video site, based on wordpress, features popular surfing videos. Comes with a twitter account to which posts are fed. You can ad WPRobot for autopilot but my copy of WPRobot currently used on the site is not for sale. Price $30 including twitter account.

    www.TVGossip.net - a tv gossip, video and article mashup site based on wordpress that comes with it's own twitter account to which posts are fed. For automation you need WPRobot or some other autoposter. Site is about six months old, domain held much longer. Price $30 including twitter account.

    Domains are with Godaddy unless otherwise specified.

    All are hosted on a CPanel server so will be easy for the buyer to move. Otherwise I can zip them up and they can be obtained via FTP.

    I'm really impressed with the newsmoo.com. Did you create the website? Use a theme? I'm interested in purchasing a wordpress theme that models after newsmoo.com.
