Multiple publishers id's per site

Would I get in trouble with Google if I use multiple publisher id's on one site?
Example if I were to partner with someone to build a adsense site, and make a script to rotate the publisher id's each time the page was loaded, would Google penalize us for that.

    Thanks,
    Michael

You would be banned unless you have a premium publishers account.

Thanks for the quick answer. I was afraid of that.
Does the same hold true for like a blog or article directory, and the authors publisher id is only used on the pages with their articles?

That's a little different. Some sites have a setup called "revenue sharing" but its usually integrated into the forum software or directory script. Vbulletin has this option too, but they also have a contract with adsense that allows forum owners to use the mod. I don't think you are allowed to do it on your own.

Laceygirl is completely wrong, at three levels..
    1. you don't need anything special to do adsense sharing
    2. having several publisher ids on one site has always been allowed
    3. having several adsense publisher ids on one page was only allowed on demand until 2006, since then you don't need to ask for permission

James, you little worm. Was that you who did the bad reputation on me here? Anyway, I'm glad to see so many scared individuals who won't leave their name behind when giving me rep.

Anyway, for the most partJames is going to be right, and I am going to be wrong regarding this topic. He is one of the many kings out there that is almost a professional at successfully "manipulated adsense and websites for more profit", and I'm more into "do something with quality, care about what I'm doing, and get paid at the same time".

I suppose he's right, but remember a correct individual does not mean they are a good role model.

Well, looks like I should see if I can find a specific answer from Google.
Thanks, I am just getting started with adsense, changing directions I guess, so i dont' want to get messed up right away.

    Thanks,
    Michael

There is nothing written about revenue sharing in adsense policies. However for official adsense revenue sharing you can apply once you have 100000 daily visitors to website. This is used in websites like hubpages, flixya. Using scripts to rotate ids is however used by many webmasters and there is nothing against it mentioned in adsense policies.
