Multiple publisher ids on one site?

I had an idea for a way of rewarding individuals for participating in projects but i'm not sure if it would conflict with google's terms of service. Basically what I had in mind was to have all the people who contributed to the site place their publisher id into a database and then use these id's to dynamically populate the "publisher id" section of the adsense ads on the site. This way everyone that contributed to the site would receive a share of the ad profits. For example lets say everytime a page is loaded the publisher id for "ad1" is populated with a random value from the database...

Would google frown upon this type of thing?

    I wouldn't do it.
Sometimes you only find out that google doesnt like something after you've been banned.
Trust me, its a big pain to get a new account :)

As far I know it will not harm your anyone else account who will contribute in the site. DP is also using this adsense sharing technique.
