Is it agains the PayPal TOS to have 2 different PayPal accounts for me and my mum. The home adresses and IP's which will be used are the same. Will they limit the accounts?

No, they won't. Each member can have 1 Personal Account and 1 Business Account. So you and your mom can have 2 accounts each even if you have same IP or you login from same PC.

You cannot technically share your paypal accounts even with your own family members so you are actually expected to have your own individual paypal accounts. Make sure that you have all your accounts (both yours and your mum's) verified as soon as possible if you have not done so.

No issue, unless you try to do something fishy with PayPal.

Actually, it is 1 Personal + 1 (Premier or Business) accounts. However, you need to associate the accounts with different email address and credit card/bank account.

Actually I don't want 2 accounts for myself. 1 for me and one for my mother (both premier and I will verify them asap). So this will not be an issue you say? They will not freeze them for the same IP? I will probably send money from the one to the other too...
