Multiple Paypal accnt with Same Bank VCC

    VCC are basically nothing but a virtual card valid for 24 hrs , issues by bank.

    Now, if someone use his account to create 10 VCC and if out of 10 VCC different users , 4 users paypal got limited, does that mean chances of other 6 user's paypal may get limited ?

    Maybe the accounts wont just get limited coz they used a vcc maybe some other reason too

    Nothing will happen to others.
    There's no problem in using a vcc untill and unless you are using it from a non-paypal supported country or you do some thing wrong with you paypal(I means disputes and chargebacks).

    That's impossible to have multiple paypal account with single VCC.

    according to paypal terms ,they allwed you to open Multiple paypal accounts so you can use paypal card for verification ..one of my friend did SAME and he dont get any problem
