Multiple network configuration in single LAN Adapter

Hi,

Is it possible to keep multiple network configuration (TCP/IPv4) in a single LAN Adapter?

I used to connect my Laptop in my office & home network and both are having different IP configuration. So every time I need to change IP and all to get connected.

btw, I'm using Windows 7 in my Lap.

 

Yeah it is possible to join internet to many hosts from the single LAN adapter.
