Yes that is a very good idea. Each page has a certain amount of 'link juice' to send to all pages that it links to. By linking to multiple pages from one squidoo lens, you are helping your search engine rankings for all of those pages, especially for each linked phrase. If you link to too many pages each link does count for less. So you need to find a good balance between how much each page is helped and how many pages are helped.
