Multiple Keywords In One Link? Needed For Inbound Link Building. HELP!

I was reading about inbound links and somewhere (though I can't remember where now) someone said that in order to make a comment on a blog appear less like spam, you should include your name IN the backlink: so instead of "red widgets", the link would be "joe seller of red widgets".
So the keyword is "red widgets" and apparently it is link juice even though "joe seller of" is part of the keyword/link.

Is this accurate or what? If it is not, let me know and disregard the rest.

If it is, could we take this a step further and string keywords together?

Like "free red widgets website florida"

Keywords: "red widgets" - "free red widgets" "widgets websites" - "widgets website florida" - "red widgets website florida" - "free red widgets website florida" - ETC.

Any attempts toward clarity would be greatly appreciated.
