    How i can make one IP address into multiple IP address.

    didnt get exactly what you want? extra IP to your hosting account? then you need to refer to your hosting provider.

    Agreed. Telling us what these extra IP addreses are for would help us help you. SSL? Additional websites? "My IP range is bigger than your IP range!"? Send email spam and use them to get around blocks put in place?

    The IP's are going to come from either your hosting provider or your datacenter. Please remember that you;re going to have to give them a reason as they themselves have to justify it.
