Multiple Domains (Parked) and SEO

Hi, I started off with a .info domain and have recently added a .com for the same website. I'd want to use webmaster tools to optimize one for my country and leave the other without making it country specific.

I could redirect one domain to the other or just use it as a parked domain in the site.

What will happen to the two domains on either option? will both be indexed equally? is either better than the other?

Will this be true when I 301 redirect or when i just park? The question of duplicate content also arises.

When you redirect your one domain to other... it is not considered as parked domain anymore.

If you are using 301 redirect then there wont be any issue of duplicate content.
