    Hey Guys,

Quick Google terms of service questions, is it OK to have one site but hosted on multiple domains (not a redirect) as one of my competitors is doing it and it just seems a it off that they have not been hit by dupe content.

    Thnx

Why someone want to do that....Is it like adding keyword rich domains ! But I am not sure whether it server any purpose. Yeah it definitely looks little objectionable mate as there is no rational reason behind doing that...so better to avoid such expenditures and hassles ( may be... )

You def would get alot of duplicated content and it would be very confusing from time to time. It also wouldn't help your SEO either. I would go another route

Thanks for the replies guys, I have to agree it is duplicate content. Also the reason they are doing it is as narenderpalsingh suggested, they are using company name domain and keyword rich domains but like I mentioned it is not a 301.
I'll see if I can alert Google about it, I don't like causing problems for people but it's bad when they have 3 SERP entries in the top 20
