Multiple Data Centers

On some data centers every page of my site is indexed whereas on some only a few are indexed. Which results are more reliable?

When I search I only see a few indexed, so does that mean that as the data center updates I'll see all of the pages indexed or does it mean the data center I'm using is up to date already and the other ones on the search below aren't?

Just give it time and the site will be updated over all the datacenters.

Depends, certain data centers won't index as many web pages as others, this is the concept of using data centers to begin with. This allows them to contain more web pages from their geographical area rather than everything on the internet, rememeber they also pull data from each other as well.
