Multiple Companies In Optigold

    We are using Optigold ISP Version 3.3.5. I need to know the first steps that I need to take in order to put 2 new companies into my billing system. We are currently only using Optigold for our ISP business but now I need to add our telecom company and our cable company also. If phone support would be better/easier, please let me know.

    You just would need to add the multi-company license to your key. Best thing to do would be to email sales [at] digitalpoint.com for that.

    what's the usual turn around for the sales team to get in contact with me? i sent them an email on monday.. i called either late monday or tuesday..

    This is ANOTHER request for a multi company key code.

    I will be setting up TWO more companies in Optigold.

    I am very frustrated by the fact that I've been requesting this for 3 weeks and STILL don't have what I want.

    It's the 24th. I NEEDED this last week.
