Hi Forum I'm looking to add some multiple-choice lifestyle quizzes and health tests to a new project. I can see there are a number of scripts out there which allow you to create your own tests and quizzes, but what I really need are existing tests that give actual results based on the authority of the quiz creator. An example might be 'Do you have ADHD?' Of course, this is not something where a non-medical professional can just make up the scoring for the sake of a bit of fun, which is why I'm looking for pre-prepared quizzes and tests. If anyone knows of a source where these can either be found for free or fee, please let me know. Thanks in advance Andii
If you want professional tests you're going to have to pay professional fees. The meaning of "professional" is someone who gets paid for what he does. "Free professional" is a self-contradiction.
Thanks for your response Rukbat. It doesn't however relate to my post about where to find these tests be they available for free or at a fee (see OP). An example might be something like the self assessment test(s) as developed by Drs. Robert L. Spitzer, Janet B.W. Williams and Kurt Kroenke. These seem to be all over the place on various websites and my question is asking where these types of tests be found be they available for free or at a cost. Not totally sure the purpose of your response although it's my guess it's well intentioned. Best regards Andii
Try searching on download phq9 You should be able to find something you can adapt for your use. (It's not a matter of finding "some multiple-choice lifestyle quizzes", it's a matter of finding valid ones, designed by people who know what they're doing. PHQ9 is one such.)
Thanks for that Rukbat. Yes, i downloaded this and it's exactly the kind of thing i'm looking for so thanks for that. I will be creating all kinds of self assessment tests over time so will really be looking for a good resource for many kinds of tests. And yes, you're right about finding valid tests prepared by those with authority on the subject in question. Once i find a one-stop-shop for such tests (if indeed such a place exists), the next step will be to search for quiz/test making SW. I've looked so far at articulate quizmaker 09 and it really is the bees knees, although I'm not sure if it's the best option cost wise. With a price tag of around $600, I'll probably continue to look around at some other options, perhaps with few less bells and whistles. Anyway, thanks once again for your input, it is appreciated Andii
That's a great list there Rukbat, thanks a lot I'll be going through them all over the weekend and by the end of it I think I'll be in a much better position to make an informed decision prior to making any purchase Have a great weekend Andii
