Multiple business locations - Google Places optimization question

Places pages pull a lot of information off of backlinks, directories, etc so it's important to be consistent in your listings (NAP) across the web.

But what concerns me is if you are handling multiple locations for a small business, how can you choose which address to submit to various directory services (which don't normally allow multiple listings)?

    Hi Alex :)

You have to treat each location as an individual listing as the NAP changes from location to location, i.e. Google recognizes them as different business units. You can post as many listings on most of the directories as you want, as long as the phone numbers do not match. If they match, then you gotta get creative.
