Multiple bloggers, ability to comment on blogs & forums

    Is there a CMS out there that does this?

    I want to have a site that can accomodate 10 - 20 bloggers, each with their own login. On the main page, I want just the first few lines of each blog with a "read more" link. I'd also like to be able to put the bloggers picture beside each one of his/her blog entries.

    something like: http://www.hockeybuzz.com is what I'm looking for.

    Any ideas are appreciated.

    I know about 2 multi-users bloggers, one provided by WordPress.

    The other very basic but due to this fact, could be customized to suit your needs: www.chipmunk-scripts.com/page.php?ID=9
