Anyone know the exact specifics of the AdWords ToS or TaC about multiple accounts? I know that your not allowed to have more than 1 AdWords account, but what are the technicalities of this? If I operate as an individual and have an account, can I also open another account under my corporations name? Would it be bad to put one of my personal credit cards on file under the corporate account? If I'm going to be using multiple AdWords accounts I want to make sure I do this within the rules.
Google's TOS says that you can only have one account, and if you wanna open more accounts, you need to do that under 'My Client Center'. You can do some research on that. But lots of people run multiple accounts. Normally Google will let you do that as long as you don't double serve - means you don't run same kinds of campaigns with similar keywords on more than one accounts.
Get a My center Client Account. Very Easy to do. You can work all your accounts from there. EachGoogle Adwords account can have 25 ACTIVE Campaigns (Only 25 can be active at one time) with each of those having 100 Adgroups each. and each of those adgroups have a 1000 keyword limit each.
Thanks for posting this question. I have three adwords accounts, myself and i guess this explains why my ads are no longer running. Could it be that iam banned from adwords? I haven't got any correspondence from google to say so, but my ads are not getting served. Anyone know how i can resolve this? Thanks. apk2004. fastairline.com
Did you double serve? That could be the reason for your ads not showing up. I know several people running multiple accounts with no problem.
