multiple adsense sites, is smart pricing applied to all sites in account?

hi

i have multiple sites in my adsense account, does anyone know if for example 1 site doesn't perform particularly well and smart pricing is applied to it, will the smart priocing be applied to all the other sites in my account. anyone know how it works?

also if i may add, if i remove this site will the smart pricing of all sites disappear?

 

From my experience smart pricing is applied to "account" and all under it but I am never sure, because the whole account drop down at once, if I am right then removing that site will not affect others.

it would be interesting to hear from anyone who has experimented with this and removed a site that they suspected was the cause of smart pricing and whether earnings went up on there other sites afterwards.

thanks, yes i understand the principal of smart pricing, its just whether its based on a per page, per site or per account basis that i am unsure of.
