    Just out of curiosity, could i have my brother open an adsense account and push all my traffic to his site and have him give me the profits? Of course id pay the taxes when he gets 1099'd but would i have to pay any additional taxes ?

    Talk to a real tax accountant about that and don't do anything to risk your brother's online reputation - that wouldn't be a nice thing to do to someone in your family. I'm guessing you are banned or you'd have your own account. Don't screw up his future.

    By future you mean risk being banned? And nothing like that, just considering helping push some traffic to his site to create a footprint in the web.

    Why not just have 50/50 profits instead.
    And can't you just make your own site so that you can get all the profits rather than sending your traffic to your brother and having him give you the profits generated by his site.

    Open an account in business name and you can have as many accounts as you like, each on a different business name. Of course, you might incur some cost in setting up of each business.
