Multiple adsense accounts in the same site

Me and my friend are about to start a site together.Since we are going to put different amount of work each in the site we thought it would be fair for each one of us to add his adsense code in each page he creates so that each gets paid for his work :) Would using 2 adsense accounts in one site be against the tos ?

I don't think so. Isn't that what DP is doing with the adsense revenue sharing?

I have not seen anything that says no in the ToS, but I would send them an email to check. You can then be sure, and you have somthing to refer to if they complain at a later date.

if think when google bot searched that page and find 2 adds from diferent accounts it would warn someone@google and you would probably be banned or warned.

    Hello Mert,

    Thanks for your email.

To clarify, please note that you may continue displaying ads from
different publishers on your site. However, we ask that you not place ads
from two different accounts on the same web page. We appreciate your
    cooperation.

Please feel free to reply to this email if you have additional questions
    or concerns.
    Sincerely,

    James

    Is this guy for real?

Back to the question. To be on the safe side, email Google. but what I would do, is make the two adsense codes go on rotation. One impression your code, next impression you friends, etc.

Many sites do this to juggle Google Adsense and YPN ads.

    Beredim:

I was in this exact same situation. There is nothing wrong with having two different publisher accounts on one site as long as they are on different pages.

If you want to run them on the same page just email google and ask permission. I did this and they got back to me the same day and gave me an exception.

It's fine I believe. Ad in the header of DP (above) is pulled from different publishers. 1 thread normally rotate 50/50 of DP's and OP's, so 10k threads will pull ads from at least 10k publishers. For years, DP is doing this without any problem.

2 adsense accounts on the same page in the same time = red flags in google.
2 or more adsense accounts on the same page = (revenue sharing) but don`t show them in the same time .
publisher accounts from 2 different companies = allowed , but be very carefull with each TOS from each company.
