Multiple Adsense account?

Discussion in 'AdSense' started by maxy, Apr 24, 2007.

Hey guyz, I'm using adsense account. I have a partner in India who works for my site. I want him to sign for Adsense too and have his code on the site so that he can recieve some money too but the problem is when he applied for adsense, he was rejected saying his name doesn't match with the site. So, does his name should match with the name of the domain name?

Also, I'm trying to change my domain owner to him and let him take over everything with the content. I'm busy with my other stuff. How can I do that? How can he apply for adsense for the same site and get some money out of it?

    Thanks.

You can only have one account per site.

If I remove adsense from my account, can my friend apply for the adsense form his account even though the domain name shows my name? Will he get approved?

Ok, I get that but can two different persons have different adsense but just putting the code in the same website(1 guy 1 code, other guy 2 codes) ?: Can that be possible?

No. It is a big gamble, and you don't want to risk your account for others, even if they are your friend (But who am I to judge...).

    1 Domain = 1 Adsense Account.

If he wants an Adsense account, have him start a free blog at www.blogger.com and make life easier for you. Give me about two-three weeks of blogging (tell him not to do a half-assed job also) and tell him to apply and get his own account.

After everything is sorted, either give him control of the domain and start another website (since you DON'T want two Adsense accounts on the same websites -- you don't want anyones Adsense account to have ANYTHING to do with yours - TRUST ME).

Let us know if you have anymore questions!

Goodluck, and review the TOS just to be on the safe side. I posted up a thread about common mistakes made with Adsense.

why not make another site, apply with his name/info and then implement that code into the site, make WhoIs information private, remember only 1 adsense acct. per page.

One adsense account only irrespective of no. of sites. Not necessary that it should match domain registrant name with adsense payee name.

Revenue sharing doesn't show two Adsense codes at once; at least to my knowledge and from comments I have read around the board (and it would make sense since you aren't supposed to have two Adsense codes from different publishers on one page).

    Also,

I was mainly talking about 1 domain registration = 1 Adsense account... There can't be one domain registered under two Adsense accounts [Such as the guy who was trying to sign up under Digitalpoint.com on the forum last week].

my friend has applied for adsense but has given my site. He has been rejected saying his contact details doesn't match the owner details. Why is that necessary?

Are you joking me? Scroll up and read! The domain has to be his.

He could have EASILY just started a FREE blog and you would have avoided having to add this question.

I suggest you don't let ANYONE use your Adsense account (I know it's his, but just in case for the future!) or anything that has ANYTHING to do with your websites.

I understand some people use Adsense just to generate some "fun" money, but for others who are starting hoping to make some real cash there are just some basics dos and donts. I might sound harsh sometimes, but trust me, I do it in good faith.

My friend has started his blog and applied for adsense account. He got approved, can I put his adsense codes into my site so that he can get the money in his account? I got 3 google codes in my site? Can't I give him ONE code place? OR Can I give him all the THREE code places and remove my code? Will it work? Is it risky?
