Multiple Ads for one Keyword?

    Hey,

I work for a company and our competitors are using our company name as one of their keywords. Their add then claims that our company is out to scam them so that they will click it. They then perform a fake "review" of our program and at the end try to sell their own competing product.

What can we do to get rid of them? We have filed a complaint over trade mark but now all they do is spell our company name wrong in the title of their ad.

I was thinking we could run multiple ads and outbid them for the positions but I'm not sure if this is allowed by google. Does anyone have any details on this?

Also since the keyword they are advertising on is trademarked and our company name is there anything we can pursue that way?

If you've got any ideas on how we can solve this problem please let me know.

    Thanks

I believe I read somewhere that having multiple ads is considered against the TOS.

Sorry to hear about your problem with this other company. Mind sharing what the name is... i'll keep that in mind so I never buy anything from them... ever.

It is a group of sites who make their money by fake reviewing legitimate companies and trying to scare their clients into buying their product. An example of one of these companies is http://www.federalreviews.com/

Then they buy ad's for legitimate company names that say "find out the truth about Company!"

I know how I'd deal with this. It's sneaky but you can at least chop their revenues in half.
