Multiple Ad Versions: how is decided which to show?

I've been experimenting with multiple ad versions for some time now, and have just recently adapted my entire mod rewrite structure in order to incoorporate brand names (=part of my broad keywords) in the visable url.

Now i'm wondering to wat extent google picks the most suitable ad version automaticly!

Let's say someone searches for a 'sony widget'

I have two ads, absolutely simular to eachother except for the visable url

    Webshop: Sony Widget
    Look at our Sony widgets
    Sony widget for sale!
    www.shop.com/sonywidget

    Webshop: Sony Widget
    Look at our Sony widgets
    Sony widget for sale!
    www.shop.com

should I notice an obvious preference for the first ad? and will it improve my quality score?

    Kind regards,
    Rik

You can have adwords eithe rotate them evenly or show the optimal ad first. It's in the edit campaign settings link.

I dont think that that kind of change in display url will effect your quality score....it wud remain same but as beejeebers says you can try those options and choose the best one
