Multiple Accounts, different keywords, same credit card...

What do you think the chances of a banning are?

I have several sites in the same industry and my main one has all my keywords on it. But now I'm doing them with a few well targeted keywords based on the individual sites, but still keeping my main site running as well.

Do you think I'm running a risk having them on the same credit card in my name?

Google says you shouldn't have the same adverts showing from several of your companys but they are all slightly differently focussed on different customers.

Example: one company selling all football equipment
another company specialising in football boots
    anoter specialising in footballs
    another in shinpads

    you get the idea....

Any thoughts? Should I be upfront about this with google and state what the difference is before they *may* start asking questions?

You should create an MCC account and link the accounts.

I don't fully understand . . . Are you bidding on the same keywords with separate accounts or not? If so, that would get you banned. You might still get banned even without bidding on the same keywords! Those accounts are meant to be linked together. I would contact Google ASAP if I were you.
