Multiplayer with friends on a single PC

    Hey folks I need some help about this one.
    Can you tell me what are good games with multiplayer to play on PC with your friends?
    Don't recommend me games that I can play online or in LAN, I just need few games to play with my friends on a single PC.
    And keep off the sports games, I know that you can play FIFA/PES, NBA, Madden and such.

    Yea I know about Mortal Kombat and RAW, cause I played them, but which RPG's can you play with friends?
    I even heard something that you can play L4D on split screen, but I'm not sure about that.
    Now I'm not sure about Resident Evil 5, it has co-op but I don't know if it works on a single PC. Any about that?
    Btw if anyone is interested you can play games such as turn based strategies, Worms 4, Raving Rabbids 1 and 2, Rayman M.
    What about Need for Speed series?
    Tell me if I missed something :D

    it is a new way of enjoying to play a single game in single PC.but sometimes you goes far away from your friend. sometimes argument being increase.
